Evening Flow
Beginner-friendly
Evening Flow Yoga is comparable to Flow Yoga but dialed down a notch honoring individuals’ energetic levels at the end of the day. This class allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, move the body and burn off excess energy, and wind down to a deeper state of relaxation as you prepare for your evening.
Flow
Prior Experience recommended
This class is appropriate for all beings with some prior experience. Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated
with and guided by deliberate breath. This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. Expect a balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions. In this class, modifications are offered as well as invitations to deeper versions of the postures.
Foundations of Flow
Beginner Friendly
Foundations of Flow is an excellent class for beginners new to vinyasa or experienced practitioners looking to explore the foundational poses. It improves flexibility and strength, while reducing stress. The pace of the class is lower than our regular flow class and allows for more time to modify and study the poses and alignment.

These classes emphasize meditation, dynamic breathing techniques, movement and stretching to help you feel more relaxed and connected to yourself and/or your baby. Each class provides a welcoming container to connect with your growing baby, and other mamas in the community. Pre- & Postnatal yoga is appropriate for those new to yoga, as well as the experienced practitioner. All trimesters welcome as well as postpartum.
Restorative Flow
Beginner Friendly
This nurturing class combines the beautiful qualities of slow flow yoga with the calming benefits of restorative postures. Class will begin with a slow & intentional flow practice to move energy & open the body gently. Next, you will fall into a state of deep relaxation with longer-held restorative postures supported by props. You will leave feeling refreshed and restored.
Trauma-informed Breathwork
No experience necessary
Breathwork allows you to quickly shift your emotional state, release stress and tension, increase relaxation or increase energy and bring in focus and clarity. Sessions are designed so that the practices can be integrated into your daily rhythm to allow more ease and flow. Sessions are led by a trauma-informed professional who will guide you through your breathwork session by empowering you in both voice and choice over your practice.
Hatha Flow
This 75 minute class attends to all parts of our psyche....body, heart, mind and spirit. A strong asana practice (designed to both help teach alignment and strength) is completed with breath practice, meditation and community togetherness. This class is based in community and the joy of being together in a non-competitive environment. We enjoy much laughter and encouragement of each other on and off the mat. Grow with us this spring!
Vinyasa Power Fusion
Prior Experience Recommended
This 75-minute class is designed to empower you to build the inner fire, physical strength and self awareness. In this moving meditation based on the Journey into Power sequence, infused with elements of Tai Chi, you will be challenged to work with breaths and to honor your body while recognizing your edges. Prior experience with yoga may enhance the enjoyment of this class, but all fitness levels are welcome.
Yin Yoga
Beginner Friendly
Yin yoga is a slower, deeper, more inward-turning style of yoga. While you won’t get a cardiovascular workout from this class, you will still need to focus, challenge yourself, and lean into more internal body and mind work. Focusing on the fascia and connective tissues in the body, yin can help strengthen the joints, adding stability and balance to the body.
Yoga for Wellness
No experience necessary
This chair-based Yoga Class will offer the benefits of our other yoga classes but use a chair as a prop for support, balance, or advancing the pose as appropriate for each student. A series of options are given for each posture to allow students to find the optimal balance between support and challenge to meet them where they are at the moment. This class will incorporate an exploration of alignment, strength, balance, flexibility, breath, and relaxation. All are welcome to this class. No Yoga experience needed.
Pilates
